Midnight the Cat is published by HEXIMS IT LLP ("we", "us"). The app is designed to be safe for the whole family, including children.
The app does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases.
The app reads your phone's motion sensor (accelerometer) so Midnight can react when you shake or tilt the phone. This data is used instantly on your device and is never saved or sent anywhere.
A grown-ups-only section of the app links to external sites (Amazon, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and themidnightcat.com). These open in your browser or their own apps and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
If you sign up for our email list on themidnightcat.com, we collect the email address you give us only to send you the free wallpapers and occasional Midnight news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell or share your email address.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data, there is nothing to delete. If you have questions, contact us below.
